The Trusted Practice was founded by Toby and Sally Davis. Toby has more than twenty-five years in senior brand and marketing roles across the United Kingdom and Australia, working with healthcare, education, and purpose-led organisations. Sally has fifteen years in non-profit, education, and health sectors. Combined, we bring more than forty years of senior thinking to allied health practices that have outgrown the marketing agency category.
We deliberately keep the client list small. The work depends on careful thinking, deep understanding of each practice, and consistent quality of execution. We work with three to four practices at a time. When we are full, new practices join a waiting list.

The conversation
Thirty minutes on Zoom. We talk about your practice. What is working, what is not, what you want to build. We work out together whether we are the right fit. No pressure. If we are not a fit, we tell you and recommend an alternative.

If we both decide to proceed, you complete a structured intake form that takes about an hour. This gives us the foundation we need to understand your practice in depth. You pay your first month at this point.
Step three
The Foundation Document
Over the next two to three weeks, we produce the Foundation Document. By the end of week three you have a thirty to forty page strategic read of your practice and a clear plan for the first ninety days. The first patient guides and articles are commissioned. The engagement is live.
If at any point in the first month you decide it is not for you, we refund the month in full.
